Here's the next one. Contrary to popular belief, you can use "bmap_load" in A6. Neat!

However, it does seem to overwrite the alpha-channel with zeros. No matter the original format of the bitmap that's being overwritten in the bmap_load-instruction, no matter the format of the new image. If I "predefine" the bitmap, instead of using bmap_load, the alpha channel is correctly read.

Am I doing something wrong? Is that the intended behaviour of bmap_load? Is this something that has been fixed in A7 and beyond long ago, with me having no chance of ever getting this fixed, having to use very, very annoying workarounds?

Oh, and... are you sure you're using A6? Not to be an overly smart jackass, but, well, A6 is old, and not even avaible anymore. If you're using A8, then why not simply check the manual?


So, to summarize! We need more details for your problem, then we can help. Probably. Or don't you even know where to begin? In that case, we'd need to know what you're trying to do.
