hi
please i need a suggesstion for making tire marks
i cannot make it by particles because particles turn to camera.

you can use decals, decal sprites or models instead
i would suggest sprites because they render fast if you set DECAL flag and rotate them correct

i test that way and this is the problem:
if i create decals for tire ,what can i do to restrict it's count?
3 car with 4 wheel means 12 object to make tire marks and very easy ,in one minute , there is thousands of them in level.and if each one has an action we
have thousands of functions that reduce frame.

why particle system don't have decal flag?

because particles are rendered in a nother, easier way
what you can do also is to create one model which gets stretched to the length of your tire mark
the result will be one ent per tire mark
remove them after some time and you get some fps boost

i think for this idea i must scale a model and try to tile it's texture.

Why not to draw tire marks on the skin of the model or terrain? For level blocks I have no idea.

for draw tire marks on the skin of the terrain i have a problem:
i have a terrain that it's texture made by a multitexture shader.
1)how can i find tire position in texture?
2)how can i draw tire marks on that texture?

any one has an idea about this?

in another way:
an object fall down from sky like snow ,when it collide to a plane i want to make a white pixel at collide position on plane texture.is it possible to find that pixel?
