Quick question out of curiosity, is it possible to feed wwmp2wmb.exe with a wmp file from stdin?
And while we are at it, is it possible to get the compiled wmb via stdout? (And the compiler output via stderr)

It uses the command line. When you call it without command line argument, you should see a list of options. Basically it's the same options as in the map compiler properties panel.
