Howdy and thanks for reading! I have my textures doing these weird things like moving when I move a block. Also instead of getting a sky texture when I name the file and check the sky flag it turns invisble. Do I need a patch or something?

Here are my PC specs:
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
2.8 GHZ Processor
4 GB ram(3.12 usable) <--- I have no clue why it says that
Nvidia GeForce GT 610 graphics card

boolean my.awesomeness = so true;

In the properties tab is the option "Texture lock". That should do it.

Notebook?

Right now I have no idea about the sky texture, sorry.

okay thanks and it is probably because of my motherboard. It's a PC a built myself from scratch.

This has almost for certain nothing to do with your problem. Please describe exactly the steps you did, the result you expeced and what happened instead. Your Gamesetudio version is of help too. How did you name the texture?

Because you have a 32 bit operating system. Although you have physically 4 gigabytes of RAM available the operating system is not able to adress the whole space.

I figured it all out and thanks for the help. I am wondering what you meant by the 32 bit OS part. Is that something I can turn off to make it only 64 bit?

You have a 64 bit OS, so it's very likely not that. Do you have a CPU with integrated graphics chip? If yes, it propably "borrows" some RAM. In most cases this can be changed in the BIOS.

Oh thanks! I appreciate it, but what would I change in the BIOS?

You can simply check your system like this:

type: msinfo32

BTW:
System Type: X86-based PC means 32-bit System
System Type: X64-based PC means 64-bit System
