Curious if anyone can convert a vs/ps 1.x version of an offset/parallax mapping technique.

I've seen conversions from HLSL but I'm curious to know if anyone can convert from ASM shaders. It's minimal conversion, from what I can guess looking at the code, but there's a lot of terms I don't quite understand about shaders in general, let alone the small changes going to A6. So if anyone can manage to convert this shader :

If you need a height/bump and base texture to work off've, I'm posting the ones that came with the demo I found :



If anyone needs it I can post the original RAR file with all the code 'n source, but I don't remember where I found the files originally.
