The title pretty much says it, we have the http_post functionality which is heavily abused by the users here (and the manual even includes a bad example).
Yes, I know, most servers will simply accept a POST request and serve the requested URI, but just because the internet is broken in general, doesn't mean that it should be common practice to abuse it even more.
Please, please, please, add a new http_get function to make actual GET requests!
