Hi, I have a model which renders correctly in milkshape. However, when exporting to gamestudio the resulting file does not preview correctly. Under WED, I used Engine Preview and nothing shows. I can email a milkshape file for those interested.

export as Milkshape ASCII, it is always perfect for me when import to MED (not WED!)

I've never had problem with bone animated characters. maybe some bone weighting issue can happen, probably mdl is more limited than ms3d.
