Is is possible to buy the character system from unity assets
and convert it to lite-c so that the collisions and everything else work the same way as the original?
If yes is it hard to do so?

This could hardly work - you'd have to recode every tiny piece of code and adapt to where things are handled in different ways for both engines. When buying that system you won't get more than a general outline you can try to follow in order to code your very own system...

"Simply" plugging it in 3DGS with only minor adjustments won't work...
