hello to whoever is reading
I have the next problem and I would like to know how I could fix it:
on my pc I have an animated model of zombie in civilian clothes. and other non-animated model of zombie police.
I tried to animate the zombie police, but can not get it to look good, try to use the police model skins in animated zombie, but also looks good.
what can i do to make an animated zombie police look good?

If both models share a skeleton, you can simply export the skeletal annimation in MED and import it to the other model.

Have a look at ent_animatefrom(), too.

model skinning and skeletons can differ a lot, so normally you cannot use them for any model, only if you redo the skinning and rigging of your models.
