I have been trying to trade a very small account like $50 or $100 with very high leverage.

Does anyone know a good money management that is aggressive yet safe for a very small account?

My problem is that I don't feel that I am not pulling in with such small account, so without MM, I will make a very high risk trade and will fail sooner or later.

I have been making +1000% in very short time with no MM and just was keeping doing reckless trade based in instincts, but failed, I think it is because of lack of a sound MM.

I am also interested in when or when not should I apply it?
From start or after making some money?

Yes. If n trades are open simultaneously, then the suggested margin increment per trade - the amount you add to the margin when profits grow - is in the range of 1/n * OptimalF * sqrt(profit_so_far).
