I can't seem to view the whole manual from my IPhone, to the right of the screen a small but significant enough area is cut off preventing me from reading.

This viewing problem is throughout the whole online manual so must be a size / resolution issue?

I believe the Windows Help format is not properly supported on the IPhone. The best solution would be printing its sections to PDF files - they can be viewed on phones.
