Hi all

I have encountered some initial problems, so I would appreciate someone clarifying some things for me so that I am sure I understand how it works. I say this because right now it is not working....

I have an active FXCM account. Zorro is not connecting to it. So...

1. Does Zorro connect directly to FXCM or does it use the API of Trader Station or the Expert Advisor in MT4?

2. Whether I have TS or MT4 running, I get a problem. See the attached screenshot. I want to trade Z3 with a live account with the basic version (not the Zorro S version.) I was under the impression I could do this to try things out and make a little money over the coming months. It is probably obvious from the error message that I have misunderstood something, like a not being able to trade real money with the free download version.

I thought I might add another question to this thread rather than start a new one...

Each time I test Z1 I get the same result. I thought I read that there was a random component to share the trades around and prevent front running. I would have thought that the result from a test would be slightly different each time I ran it.

Thoughts?
