I remember when i used c-script i could make neutral color on 128 and 0 was black or 255 was white, but now in lite-c it seems only adding on texture already existing color so there is no black color because at 0 its neutral texture color. So is there way to get this coloring on texture or i will need use some material?

Im speaking about:
set(my, LIGHT);
vec_fill(my.blue, 0);//or any value

my.red = 128;
my.green = 128;
my.blue = 128;

This should color the entity. Sorry if i miss understood your question. Maybe check "skin propereties" in med. Maybe theres a color predefined already.

try:

vec_set(my.blue,vector(-255,-255,-255)); //pure black
vec_set(my.blue,vector(0,0,0)); //grey
vec_set(my.blue,vector(255,255,255)); //full white
