Like the topic says, I can't test strategies with indices as Zorro says there's no data. When I try to use the download script it doesn't seem to work downloading data for indices. I've also tried to log on to fxcm trading station, but I can't find any indices there either .

Any know whats up with that?

In the US FXCM does not offer Index CFDs.

Ahh, of course! Didn't think of that. Do you know the difference between a live account and a demo account considering the offer of different forex pairs?

Do you think it's better to open a live account if they offer you more pairs/assets to test with that with a demo? Or do you think a demo account is enough?
