Hi, I'm new to the Z systems. I started a new demo account with $5000 and MT4 bridge with ICMarkets. The z12 opened an USDCAD trade and in the log the risk is set to $6922 dollars. The risk in the slider is set to 10, so shouldn't be higher than $500. Please see attachment.
There is no risk set to $6922 dollars in your screenshot. You made a loss of $6922.
Fortunately for you, it's not a real loss. The real loss is $3.44. Your server connection broke down. You can see this from the many dots in the window - they are reconnection attempts. The $6922 was a wrong value sent by MT4 due to the interruption. It does not look nice, but has no effect on trading.
