Hello,
make sure, that you removed the driver of your old card completely.
Then check out for the newest chipset drivers, inlcuding AGP or PCI-Express device driver.
Install them and update the needed devices.
Then make sure that DirectX is Version 9.0c, if not, download it from Microsoft.
The last step is to install the proper and newest driver for your new graphci card.

Note: It may be neccesary to restart your system during thei sprocess several times.

If this does not solve the problem, make a RAM test.

Thanks i finally found the problem, the video card is too heavy for the slot so it was causing troubles with the proper contact with the motherboard I have to use my cpu in horizontal way. that video card weight at least 600 g.!!!

The motherboard often has a lock for the video card to keep it anchored. Make sure the lock is, well, locked. Either that or have your case orientated so that the video card would "fall" into the slot from gravity acting on it. A heavy card would be influenced by gravity more so this should help. It might not look worthy and it's not decent for using CD's with.
