Hi. I am in need of a php developer. They will be constructing simple files for different uses such as connecting to a mysql database. The user must be able to speak english and have icq or aim to communicate. This is a non-paid project.
so wheres the incentive to do this then? your not offering anything at all to the person doing this, yet php is a very time consuming task, believe me i know after coding an entire admi/user system plus a news system and what not. It takes ages
