Im pretty much completely lost now- don't know any higher languages so building a shader is out of the question-have also been using HMP split, which supports several detail maps but have same problems-I will see if its possible to make do with just one detailskin or maybe try merging seperately textured/detailed terrains.
BTW I thought the multiterrain.wdl WAS a multitexturing pixel shader- If so maybe I just need some help with how to make proper use of it.
