Ok, I've made a model in Blender3D, exported it as .X. Then, I load it into Fragmotion and convert the imported .X ( after merging it ) to MDL. To check if everything went well I load it into the MED. Everything is so far so good. Then I load it into WED. Still, everything is alright. But when I test run my game I get this error:

"<HM1_1.MDL>Can't open file."

So far this process I've used for my character/s works fine.

Oh, and I also noticed that in the "objects" tab in WED, my hm1_1.mdl file is highlighted red.

What's the deal? Anyone else have this problem?
