Was curious if anyone has found some settings for the car and tires that allows the newton vehicle to roll further to a stop. As it is right now, the car seems to stop very quickly when letting off the acceleration key.

I have tried many different settings for the car/tire mass, linear/angular drag, and the rolling dry friction. I still can't seem to get a good lengthy coast to a stop like the 3dgs physic vehicle.

Any suggestions for settings would be great. Here are my settings:

Car:
mass - 300
lin drag - 0
angx drag - 0
angy drag - 0
angz drag - 0
health - 0
shape factor - 0
topspeed - 2000
maxtorque - 1000

Tires:
mass - 100
sus pan - 14
sus dash - 1.5
sus stiff - 1.5
roll dry frict - 0.7

Thanks

-raiden

Why don't you modify your code so after key accerate is released, it slowly decreases the throttle.

Also, try changing the car mass back to 30.

Thank you SR, I have it working better slowly de-celerating the torque down.
