What are the rules when creating objects and bringing them into WED? No matter how I create objects..they seem to not be renderable in WED.
e.g. I create a simple terrain in MED and save it as MDL7 format. I went into WED and load entity..but then I can't compile..I get 'level has no geometry' nor can I apply texture to the terrain.
Any tips are greatly appreciated. Also if anyone can recommend me any terrain and tree programs that work well with A6 that would be great.
Thank you

There is one tip I can give you here:
Remember allways the One Block rule.... It wont work without at least 1 block in your level.
I guess you were just trying to use models only?
Just place the 1 block out of site and try it again
I don't know exact specification the 1 block must be; I'm sure this will lead you in the right direction.
Use a small block, like 4x4x4. Anything 2x2x2 and smaller will almost always cause problems. If you want to have a sky, you have to have a block with the sky flag checked and it doesn't neccessarily have to cover your entire level or even be hollow (I haven't tested this yet).
"You level up the fastest and easiest if you do things at your own level and no higher or lower" - useful tip
