not too bad a basic shape
needs some clean up and fixs.
Has unneeded polys inside the mesh,
polys that are seperated ( creating gaps and holes in the mesh that show up runtime, especialy with shadows),
and a couple places that the mesh is deformed.

most the problems are in the yellow circle areas. work on fixing those to turn it into ONE solid mesh with no gaps, and eliminate the extra polygons inside the mesh.
