Bryan_Green OP Newbie B Joined: Jul 2006 Posts: 11	Whenever I try to run any of the demo games that come with GameStudio (like mission.wmp, for example)...I get messages saying "Can't open movement.wdl", "Can't open messages.wdl", etc. etc... The game seemingly compiles OK, but when I go to run it, I get the above messages and the game never starts up.... And when I go to the "Resources" tab and look at the scripts listed there...all the scripts that can't be opened are there.... Thanks! Bryan

Krammit Newbie K Joined: Sep 2005 Posts: 38	The files are missing. Try and locate movement.wdl on your harddrive to see if you have it. (As well as the other files it requests)

Bryan_Green OP Newbie B Joined: Jul 2006 Posts: 11	OK, I found the missing script files in the "template" directory and copied them into the "games" directory....now I'm getting errors about "Parameter unknown - sky_map" and "Parameter unknown - cloud_map"...(and the game still won't start) Thanks! Krammit Newbie K Joined: Sep 2005 Posts: 38	Most I know, 'parameter' unknown involves things inside the script itself, it might not be able to find a sky_map or cloud_map. You'll have to wait and see if anyone else knows the solution.
