The reason is simple this engine uses DirectX so with knowledge of C++ and PHP you can create a Massive Multiplayer Online Game . 3DGamestudio is a great Development Tool . And by the way you dont need hunderts of people to create a good game .
Anyone who thinks PHP is a sufficient implementation to make a MMORPG that can hold water troubles me greatly.
