It's a good idea to start a team.. though if you can't find anyone at the onset, aybe you should just start now by yourself and see if you can bring some other people into it as you go along--especially if you have a cool or original idea that makes your game a little different from other shooters. The templates make shooters and things pretty accessible if you're just starting out.
