This may be going off of the original theme posted by Dan, But have you noticed for me anyhow that you should never resave/update say an MDL usually saved in MED to your work folder, Without first deleting the original file.
If you don't do the delete WED seems to pick up the original MDL, Which means it was not over written on saving the new/updated file properly.
Just something I have noticed and as standard practice now I do first delete the original.
PS of course the file may have been saved and updated correctly but the MDL/file in WEDS memory
(if there is such a thing is not updated ).
