I like dark too, but this is dark dark hehehe. Still, the screens look good. One thing I did notice though, was that you are using the same texture for every building, I wouldn't use the same texture too much, but since this is work in progress that's probably subject to change anyways.
edit: screenshot number 1 has this, the others not.
