well, it would take me some time, but yes, i can do that in MED... i do all my models in MED...
edit: the only thing i still havent learned is unwrapping a model...

looks nice, though you could do the folds a little better. Can't wait to see it textured

Maybe that's just my impression, but I'd lower the whole belt line and the area around it, to make his chest/stomach longer, and his legs shorter. It looks very good!I like how you did the face, and the shirt looks cool as well! the necklace is great  Something about the arms isn't right. They look too triangular... but other than that: great work!
