problem with skinning a model in med #106662

i am having problems with a model that i made in med it has two skins the first is for the sock and the second is for the power generator thing. the problem is that on the second skin the skin seems to be misaligned and i dont know why! the sock model has groups however the rest of the model does not i dont know if this affects it but i dont know how to remove the groups so i cant tell can anyone help me to sort this peoblem out? here is an imge:

I don't have any solutions for you. You never know, it could be your technique. You might be best off asking this in the modeling forum first to see if it can be rectified, as well as being able to supply the model to someone if need be.

The skin editor is used for aligning a skin. If your skin still appears misaligned, make sure that it has a valid size, which is a power of 2. The engine tolerates invalid skin sizes for non-tiled skins only.

the skin is a valid size and i hve aligned the skin mapping in med's skin editor that is why i dont know what the problem is.

i managed to fix the problem, the skin that was distorted was a power of 2 (256x256) however the other skin was (320x200). im sorry i didnt pay atention at first but thanks for the help anyway!
