Yes, it isn't the end of the indie world (yet), but end users can limit which games can run on a user account using the ESRB rating system. If they use this feature, you will have to be a ESRB rated game in order to run.

The easy solution? Tell them to turn off their ESRB. It's next to useless anyhow. But this is still going to cause support problems (I expect to answer at least one of these questions a week after we add Game Explore support to 3DGS).
