Not sure if this is even still possible, but anyone who should show a conitec engine splash because of his license would be in violation by totally removing the logo/banner, perhaps changing it into something other than the default one(s) and granted their replacement logo or banner got approved by conitec, perhaps this is not such an illegal thing to do?
