Dejobaan Games, LLC. is looking for a Worcester-Boston, MA area artist to create concept artwork for its 12th video game, Galaxy Rage.

Having established an overall aesthetic style, we'd now like an artist to create concept sketches for in-game enemies, drawing on the works of Escher and Dali, the Demoscene, and other titles such as Rez. We will use those concept sketches as a basis for the in-game 3D models. Work involves the creation of 31 entities:

- Rough pencil sketches with limited color.
- A geometric, "mathematical" (rather than organic) aesthetic.
- Appearances based on descriptions of entity behaviors and prototype videos of same.
- Timeframe is 2 months, with work done remotely.
- We're open to discussion on the cost of this project.

It's because Ichiro wants to see the dude him/herself. And seeing his/her face, he ´knows who to kill, if no work is sent or done, or some info is flooded.

I really would concider this place.. but yeah, I don't live anywhere near the place. So the ones living at massachuttes, go meet him and get a job.

Inestical's got the right idea. I don't want to kill anyone, though. :) We've been working with an artist from Latvia for some of our concept art (scroll down). I hope to work with him again in the future -- remote work is definitely doable. But there are certain instances where it's just nice to sit down, chat, and hash things out.
