We haven't released it yet, but the beta runs on the current requirements:

P3-500, 128 MB RAM, CD-ROM, 3D video card (32+ MB).
Windows 2000 / XP / Vista and DirectX 9.0c or above.

I would recommend at least 512MB of RAM for development work.
