There isn't an easy way around using Virtual memory on a Windows machine. Our program just asks for memory, it doesn't know (or care) where it gets it from. It is up to the WindowsOS to make those memory calls as fast as possible.

Unless I missed something (and I didn't program WED) WED isn't asking to use virtual memory, it is your OS that is causing it to run there.
