Seems when I "publish" my game levels, 3DGS generates an EXE file, but once executed, all of the source files are created.

Is there a method for creating the game sith JUST a single EXE file, or a single EXE with a single resource file that is encrypted, so that my source files are not open to hacking, decompiling, reverse-engineering?

If I was to create an on-line game with 3DGS (or maybe even a single-player game), I sure wouldn't want every user to be able to edit in special powers or cheats.

If you have Pro you need to hit Resource instead of Publish (or maybe Resource then Publish). If you don't have Pro then you will need a third party solution.

This works (expensive though) ->

Also on a side note, the A5 exe checks the CRC of the script files for changes so the user can't just change things willy nilly.

Hmmm, Okay. I guess I'll have to buy it to check if I can modify the scripts and still run the EXE.

Thanks!

If you modify the scripts of a published game the exe will generate errors (modified script, or something like that) and close the program.
