The development kits are already cheap but they are not available to the general public.
yeah but thats what they are changing...
and by cheap i mean below 1000 bucks. that are virtual console development kits im talking about. nintendo talked alittle about them on GDC and im sure they´ll spill the beans in august on games convention...
