That's what i do, yes 3dgs packer is free, just follow the instructions to use it. and it's more than just the exe and gsr.when you make your .cd folder during publish acknex sticks some include and dll files into the folder. basically you will run 3dgs packer, it will ask you to point it towards the exe and it will fold everything in that folder into one file. after you make it make sure to test it.
