i am using the Gimp for a paint program. But I can't figure out how to organize each part of the model for skinning seperate sides and the whole thing kinda confuses me. But i do want to try out your idea.

-also, when i add my models 2 my game, how shuld i do it, because it turns out blue sometimes and it's not there when i run the game.
