Interesting. I thought they got away with just a bunch of bad PR... didn't know they might actually go under due to it. I wish no ill will on R*, but I'd rather they take the brunt of the damage for their actions instead of the industry in general so in a sense this is a good thing.

Not knowing what Ubi or Maxis did, the key is did they reveal it to the ESRB or not in order to get a lower rating (and thus more shelfspace)? If they did, then it's fair game and this is a failure of the ESRB board in assigning rating; If they didn't, then yeah, that's bad and goes to show that our industry has really matured in that like any other industry, the big companies can do whatever they want.
