I like to know if someone have already tested the new 5.51 multiplayer version over the internet, the old version simply had about 3000 ms ping time on one of my tests, and i was just sending the position (and the server and the client was in the same city and using the same internet provider with a adsl 256 connecion both ways!) i have read the txt that came with the update (the new features are all i have eaver expected ps: i have made a multiplayer radar that worked with the old version....) but the txt clames that over the internet the latency can go over 300ms (with is ok if the server are far but i consider 300ms too much for the test conditions above, 70 to 120 is a more acceptable time for a REAL TIME game n one have tested it yet? this is verry important becouse my game is real time multiplayer the response time is verry critical. tkx in advance!
