Hi folks

I figured it out.

The city map had an associated file named littlecityprefab.wmb

My level (track and city combined) is named rgl4 and had an associated file named rgl4.wmb

The code controlling everything was loading littlecityprefab.wmb instead of rgl4.wmb

After I corrected that, the camera problem went away.
