Copy your GStudio folder to your usb stick and you have a portable edition.

It's legal if you are the only one using it.

In fact, I would recommend doing something like this (running 3DGS from a USB driver) if you use public computers so you don't have to install/uninstall 3DGS on a PC you don't have control over.

not at all... all you must do is keep a backup copy of your key file. lol... then u just download the 3dgs demo installer from the download section.. unzip ur key and boom ur back in action.. (back up any of your work to various places. For example... The game i'm working on is on 3 computers and 1 usb drive, although I can work on them from those computers I can always copy those files to the computer 3dgs is installed on incase I screw up. This is infact legal because I can't imagine a reason why it wouldnt be).

Cool...

I have my main version installed on my home PC, and a "stripped down" (no templates, models, etc) on my thumb drive along with my current project so that I can work on it at work, without installing it there.

I'm glad that 3DGS doesn't rely on registry, additional system files, and such, otherwise this wouldn't work.
