Why is the goal to remember the numbers? The goal is to punish the enemy (with higher "cards")!
Thanks for clearing that up. My english isn´t the best. Can I use your explaination for the gameplay?

What I would like to see are special cards that allow me to select another or that give me a special property for the next round (a +2 bonus or such).. or a card that makes two or more cards change their places so that me and the computer are getting confused.
Such things are planned, e.g. you´ll be able to change cards, take a look at some hidden cards, use special "weapons", etc... We have plans to add a second layer of cards, but we have to see if this concept plays well. I did not have the time or the space (The MemoWar demo is 19,4 MB big, thanks to the dds format), so you´ll have to wait for the full version or an extended demo.
no science involved

That's pretty cool news.

Mainly controlling the bubbles and dropping them doesn't work very smooth. The concept is good, but graphically it's not very appealing. Still, things like being able to put the bubbles in the correct places have some errors. You can't place bubbles near the lower edge of the field, unless you move the mouse after having dropped. That works a bit odd too, the fact that you actually can move the bubbles after having dropped them. Sometimes this almost freezes the game.
It's not a bad game, but it doesn't have any extras, no original features, basically it's stack 4 colors, which is rather easy at this speed and then you'll get some points. It also suffers from major slowdowns and 'almost freezes' at some times. The one minute time at start is not quite enough to get any points at all, but 5 minutes is way more than 1 minute off course, so it lacks a bit of balance there.
I'd especially encourage you to work on the controls and gameplay. Graphics are less important, models and things can easily be changed, the bubbles aren't bad. The gameplay is simply much less interesting than some of the other games,
Cheers

thanx heel x, now i know where the problems lay^^
we´ve already changed the controling issue, the new controls are so much better, unbelivable. the perspective thing will also be adressed in future versions, although the overall view wont change. the enemy behavior will get some fine tuning, other than that, its pretty good with the new control scheme...
the only thing i DONT understand is that the story is full of clichees... i know there is one or two, but filled with? on the other hand, im thankfull that its appealing, because that actually was my main concern (sounds silly i know)...
i wish i could upload anew version with enhanced controls because this really makes the game better. but... oh well^^

Angela's world and Halloween worm by Sven Paroth
Two great Minigames with very unique gameplay elements (though, Halloween Worm is much more a clone than a unique game production). Angelas World was fascinating me for quiet a while, though, its too short. I know that Kihaku never intended to make a more complex game, but if this were an experimental game contest, it would be my first choice (compared to the other entries). Halloween worm is nice as well. I dunno, but I have "Luigi's Mansion" in my mind when I play that. The artwork is very limited, but very cool, sweet and nicely composed as well as the music (though, the menu doesnt fit). I would like to see more games or prototypes from you with a greater extend. I'm sure you will rock the community.
Thanks for your very nice comment. Well i planned to make it "longer" (more events) but then i decided to finish it at least, even without all events i planned.
Just a question, you said "though, the menu doesnt fit". What menu do you mean? There is no menu in Angelas World at all. (i guess you mean Halloween propably?)
