If you want a level as good as the one by dan silverman, than you have to work on the level itself, not on the lightning. I think the light is not improveable at this point for that level. On the otherside you must see that you don´t get stuck.

Schon mal recht gut! Hier noch Vorschläge:
- Nebel
- Geöffnete Abdeckungen mit elektrischen Installationen und ev. Kurzschlüssen
- Unordnung: Kisten, Müll, Flecken
- Warnschilder
- Absperrungen
- Umgebungsgeräusche (sind ja vielleicht schon da)
- bei SF-Levels: ungewöhnliche Formen, also nicht zu viele rechte Winkel

Versuch doch die Levels ein wenig "Futurischtischer" zu gestalten.
Mehr Bögen und Lichter (oder den ganze Atmo. dunkler machen). Die Texturen sehen für mich ein bischen zu "real" aus. Vorallem die Wände, das sieht für mich aus wie beton.

Ansonsten echt gut.

what you need to do is darken your skins abit make them darker and add some small details like rivets and beveled lines to make things look a little less bright
