Ok, I made an ogre model and animated it in Fragmotion , then I placed it in Wed and ..it show me his back. Walk, attacks me alway shwo me his back.
So , I re opened it in Med and rotate the model.

if you want to rotate bones you have to select bone_mode first (at the top) and then rotate the bones

Never say never.

Where is this command,
in Med or in FM ? The model is already rigged and animated, how is possible that In MEd i can rotate only the mesh?

I don't know haw but is true
In MED (at the top in the middle) you have 4 buttons, last on the right is bone mode;) you have to rotate mesches and the bones (if you just rotate the model - not animate it)

Never say never.

or maybe faster will be if you at the begining of the player scrip turns his pan?
like: player.pan += 180; and then proceed with further actions?
Second thing... if you use 3rd person camera, just change camera_dist.x from negative to possitive, and then camera will be at the front of the player.

Never say never.

so... or you have to make it again with opposit pan...
but maybe easyer way is to turn this monster by script, just change pan
like: vec_to_angle (my.pan, temp); my.pan +=180; i know it's pathetic but should works but in this case the scan etity with pan angle will not work corectly and you'll have to remember all the time to changing this damm pan

Never say never.

You should rotate it in Fragmotion itself. One reason being that when you export the model for med, the bone animation of fragmotion is different from med. So you should do final export from fragmotion and never try to alter it in med. If you are still in problem then PM me.
