The Visa Virtuon works like a regular Visa creditcard. I think you can order in the English shop too. Just enter the creditcard number, the expiration date and the security number, that should do. If you've got 199 Euro on your Visa Virtuon bankaccount it's more than enough to cover for your purchase in Dollars actually.

Yes- that was my last plan and here it is:
I fill forms in English onlineshop, play dumb and try to make payment with Visa Virtuon in euros. If it passes they will take 199E and if it doesn’t they will send note that there’s been an error and take no money- right ?

Former SFRJ with my favorite president TITO (Socialisticka Federativna Republika Jugoslavia), than SRJ (Soicialisticka Republika Jugoslavia), than Serbia and Montenegro (Srbija & Crna Gora)and now Serbia (Srbija).
Yugoslavia(Serbia) was a great place in the ’80 but now it sucks! After the civil war (Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Serbia), war with Albanian terrorists and one with NATO it’s a bit ruined. Did I say a bit- I meant TOTALLY ruined. Now it has a kind of Kuba and Kastro felling to it. But not so egzotic. More like Collapsed-European-country-in-mud feeling.
It’s the same thing with all other former Yugoslavian republics (Slovenia Excluded). But I hope things will get better in all of them. We all certainly deserve it after so much war and blood spilled by 3 lunatics.
