AS mentioned in the original post, concept art will be provided. Level may be blocks but some models will be required (self created or prefab, don't care) and some fx scripting may be required. All of this was stated in the original post.

Regarding international payment outside of the US this would be handled by wire transfer. Project will be paid in US$, subject to currency exchange rates on date of transfer.
