How come when i run my project, the camera will still respond to me pressing the arrow keys and try to move around. Even though i have a function that controls the camera it makes it all jerky, and when i dont need the camera controlled cause theres no movement its still jerky.

this never used to happen to me in earlier versions. sometimes it doesnt happen, and i think i figured out what was wrong before, but now i dont know.

any ideas on how to stop this?

are you sure it is the camera that is jerky? or maybye it is your framerate?

im positive it's the camera. ive faced this problem before...im running at 50 fps. besides that, whenever i stop using the pos_camera() function i made, i can completely control the camera, because i have nothing to move it back in place. and it is only really noticable when i push right or left, because thats when the cam turns. but forward and back on the cam doesnt make much difference.

thats a good 1700+ lines of code.
but i did remember seeing something in the manual and i just found it again:

[0] Camera movement. Switch between normal, direct player and camera movement.s

thats what the 0 key does in run, switches so that you can/cant move the camera. this works fine in run, but once it's published this 0 key function is disabled.

so i need to find what function this 0 key calls, or what it does exactly to get to the bottom of this.
