You could do it with animation, sure. But I just got my DL link and in the 'manual' you can set the trees and such to have random rotations, tilts, and scales in X, Y and/or Z, as well as set it up to change seasons (there are models/textures for the four seasons).

All in all, for $26 I'm looking forward to giving it a whirl after work tonight.
