Most of these skiers are really muscular, so I'd say job well done. One thing I don't like are the seams on the breasts or at least there's a texture imperfection. I also don't quite like the face. It looks good and the texture is fine, but it looks like it's a bit fat on the sides somehow and looks slightly strange because of that.
